HOW TO MEASURE
BUST:
Take a breath and exhale, then wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level. The tape should not indent or create any pressure on your body.
WAIST:
The true waist is the narrowest part of your torso, usually mid way between the top of the hip bone and the bottom of your ribs. Ensure the tape is level and does not dig in.
HIP:
Standing in front of the mirror, identify the point where your hips are their widest. This is where to take the full hip circumference. The mirror is helpful for ensuring the tape is level, and that the tape is not digging in.
